GURUDAS DAS is a Professor at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam. Earlier he had been associated with the Centre for Himalayan Studies, NBU, Siliguri; St Anthony’s College, Shillong; OKD Institute of Social Change and Development, Guwahati and North Eastern Hill University, Shillong. He specializes in the domain of security and development, cross-border trade and development cooperation, and geoeconomics and geopolitics of regional growth and development.
