Biographical Sketch
Born in 1960 at Coochbehar, West Bengal. Studied at Vivekananda Vidyapeeth, New town, Coochbehar, up to class X and at Sonapur B K High school, Sonapur, Jalpaiguri, for class XII. Graduated from ABN Seal College, Coochbehar. Received both post-graduation and Ph D degrees from the University of North Bengal, Siliguri.
